A super quick way to whip up a sweet breakfast pastry in less than 20 minutes, these easy Blueberry Cheese Crescent Dough Rounds remind me of biting into a creamy blueberry danish! They are the perfect bite-sized treat for breakfast or brunch made with store-bought crescent dough.

Ingredients
  • 1 Sheet Crescent Roll Dough
  • 1/4 Cup Blueberry Filling (I used canned pie filling)
Cream Cheese Filling
  • 4 oz. Cream Cheese + 1 Tbsp Milk
  • 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tsp Powdered Sugar
Egg Wash
  • 1 Large Egg + 1 tbsp. water
Instructions
  1. Take your defrosted crescent dough sheet and cut out as many rounds as you can. I was able to get 15  2 1/2" rounds.

  2. Brush each round with egg wash.

  3. Mix your cream cheese filling and add to a piping bag or ziploc bag. Pipe the cheese filling into the center of each round.

  4. Top with a dollop of the blueberry filling.

  5. Bake for about 12 minutes at 375 degrees F or until edges are golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
