This Authentic Greek Tzatziki Dip is an easy, healthy dip that every will love! Super creamy and EXTRA THICK with a tangy bite and best of all, it's ready in less than 5 minutes!

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Cucumber (Persian is best)
  • 1 Tsp. Chopped Dill
  • 1 Tsp. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Minced Clove of Garlic
  • 1/4 Tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 Tsp. Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
  • Good Olive Oil (for drizzling)
Instructions
  1. Grate your cucumber and use thick paper towels, a thin dish cloth or a cheese cloth to squeeze out as much of the juice as possible! *If you purchased the Persian cucumber, no need to peel the skin, otherwise you should.

  2. Mix all ingredients including cucumber to bowl and mix.

  3. Allow ingredients to meld for at least an hour or overnight for best flavor. Serve with warm pita bread or pita chips and vegetables!
