Easy and delicious Pasta Salad Skewers With Creamy Herb Dressing! A fun and festive way to eat pasta salad without utensils! For this pasta salad, I used mini ravioli and then dressed the salad with a creamy but light herb dressing!

Course: Appetizer
Cuisine: American
Keyword: broccoli, herbs, pasta salad, ravioli, summer, tomatoes
Servings: 12 Skewers
Author: Bite Sized Kitchen
Ingredients
  • 1 bag 12 oz. Frozen Mini Cheese Ravioli
  • 1 Large Head Broccoli
  • 24 Mini Tomatoes
Creamy Herb Dressing
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tsp. Fresh Chopped Tarragon
  • 2 Tsp. Fresh Chopped Parsley
  • 1 Tsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp. Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
  • 12 Wooden Skewers or Toothpicks
Instructions
  1. Boil ravioli according to instructions (5-8 minutes).

  2. Mix together your creamy herb dressing.

  3. Cut your broccoli into 24 mini florets.

  4. You can leave your tomatoes whole or cut them in half like I did. If you cut them in half, you will only need 12 of them.

  5. Coat ravioli and vegetables in dressing and skewer one at a time. I used 3 ravioli, two tomatoes and two broccoli florets on each to fill my mini skewers.
