These raw Healthy Chocolate Chia Energy Bites are a delicious take on the famous Larabar. They are naturally sweetened, made with only 4 ingredients and rolled into bite-sized balls for easy popping! Did I mention, they are ALSO Vegan, Paleo and Whole 30 friendly!?

Ingredients
  • 14 Medjool Dates
  • 1/4 Cup Ground Pecans
  • 4 Tsp. Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tsp. Chia Seeds
Instructions
  1. Remove seeds from your dates and add everything to a food processor.

  2. Puree for at least 30 seconds or until completely incorporated.

  3. Use a mini ice cream scoop to scoop out and roll your bites. You should get about 9 bites. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Recipe Notes

Feel free to replace the pecans with other nuts if you do not have them on hand!

You can roll your bites in more cocoa powder or crushed nuts if you please.
